Thad Matta did everything he could to not let this happen. Fortunately his 56% free throw player made both on a one and one! Anyone criticizing KO over the Marquette game should analyze the last 2 minutes of this game and realize we have a gem for a head coach. but yeah we have a chance to beat a number 1 as an unranked.

Best part about this team (and I expect it too continue through tomorrow): even when they don't win, they're in every game. Even in a hostile environment like South Bend, they find a way to keep close, and then capitalize on mistakes. Every game against a good team they've played their asses off.

I agree. I think Duke keeps #1 knowing how the national press sucks their d!cks all the time.

i doubt duke stays at #1. that only happens when the top team is clearly head and shoulders better than every one else which puke is clearly not even at full strength. the ville will be #1 puke will slip to #2 which is very fitting.
