To me, this is really encouraging. The freshmen tried hard but were too inexperienced - but they learned a lot. The seniors remembered they need to lead the way.

The people that want to see the team in late season form in November are fretting but it’s all good. The regular season games are to help the youngsters learn how to play at the next level and to prepare the upperclassmen to lead the team.  Mission accomplished.

On edit: I just did the math - the freshmen plus Amari played 83 of 200 minutes, 41.5%.  That’s pretty significant time on the court. Ragged plays and turnovers are unsurprising with so many inexperienced players.
