Literally how can any of us possibly be expected to work today? I have one screen open with a random excel sheet covering every video and article I can find in case someone walks by.

I have been imposing discipline on myself since the conference tournaments started by saying to myself I will not check The BoneYard, ESPN, or any other sports websites until I get X, Y, and Z done. Usually it works, but today I have not been as successful.

I am going to try to impose this again starting ........now.

Walked in at 3AM after Amtrak to Penn Station, walk to Grand Central, Metro North to Black Rock. Making breakfast for my daughter at 7:40. Booked the flights on the train home, but have spent the morning working on lodging. Slim pickings. Think I found an airbnb.

Had a CT scan at 7:05 this morning so I didn't drink last night.

I'm getting texts / calls from people I haven't spoken to in years - which is crazy - 2023 and 2024 were so easy nobody cared - but this has brought all sorts of people out of the woodwork that know I'm a big UCONN fan.
