Which one? Lol. If this was UConn trying to close out a game we'd all be going nuts.brutal turnover there
18/26 on FTsKST has 16 turnovers.
Tang is 11-0 in overtime, that's pretty good.KSt is stupid. The pg from last year might’ve masked Tang as a coach
Something Wong?Miami scored 38 points in a loss to Virginia
Poplar 3-12. Pack 0-8. Omier had 11 but that was nearly 1/3 of his teams points
What happened to this team? Did losing Wong ruin them?
Tang lost Nowell, Johnson, Tomlin, and Massoud from an E8 team, you're not gonna reload in one year at KState, portal or not.
This is correct. They lost Isiah Wong and Jordan Miller. They were a solid team last year (and probably a bit underseeded) but they lost their two best players and really didn't replace them.
KU is just a different beast at home, and they aren't. They really should have at least two more losses that Phog granted them.
But he can't win the blowouts.Tang is 11-0 in overtime, that's pretty good.
Over the years I have been conditioned to root for teams we've played out of conference. But this year UConn has been so good I don't think it matters for our seedlineAre Kansas losses good or bad for us?
They beat us. Does it hurt our NET or Kempom? Or does their loss help our chances of getting a high seed by eliminating a contender? I don't know who to root for anymore.
I feel like that has to be some sort of NCAA record right??Tang is 11-0 in overtime, that's pretty good.
This is kind of my point -- Miami, by virtue of overachieving in the Tournament last year, was given undue benefit of the doubt that they would have no problem replacing that production. This often happens to teams that have unexpected runs. They were a solid team last year (and probably a bit underseeded) but they lost their two best players and really didn't replace them.
I go back and forth on this, but I think at this point Kansas losing is good. Are Kansas losses good or bad for us?

Credit to the coaching staff for replacing our lost production. Even more credit to them for maintaining the level of intensity in player development and player buy in to get the type of coalescing necessary to accomplish back to back successful seasons. This is kind of my point -- Miami, by virtue of overachieving in the Tournament last year, was given undue benefit of the doubt that they would have no problem replacing that production. In 2022 UNC almost (and should have) won the championship as an #8 seed. They were given credit for that 6 game run more than they were downgraded for a mediocre performance over 30+ previous games, and assumed that the 6-game run and not the larger body of work would carry over into the following year. Well, look what happened.
Frankly, we this year are the rare exception of a team that unexpectedly dominates, is ranked highly the following year mostly on reputation, and then actually outperforms that ranking.
Bramlage Coliseum? It's a tough road arena. K-State people are a little nuts.Seems like a pretty cool place to watch a game

Want no part of KU in the tourney. Hoping to avoid them, Houston and Tennessee for as long as possible. With respect to Kansas losing, if it moves them to the two line and we have to neutral site them in our bracket I believe I we would really enjoy that.
Many projections have UConn 1 KU 2 in the East. I would be all for a revenge game at full strength. We were so close to getting them in LawrenceWant no part of KU in the tourney. Hoping to avoid them, Houston and Tennessee for as long as possible.
I don’t think they’d make it to the E8 anywayMany projections have UConn 1 KU 2 in the East. I would be all for a revenge game at full strength. We were so close to getting them in Lawrence
The boys would surely be licking their chops for a rematch with Floppsy McGee, Johnny Furby, and Nick ZeroMany projections have UConn 1 KU 2 in the East. I would be all for a revenge game at full strength. We were so close to getting them in Lawrence
