That’s the problem with that football money. If Kentucky AD thinks he might be fired if he doesn’t make a major hire and money ain’t an option it is tough to turn down 10-15 million dollars.

Nice try. But your post was pretty clear in saying that the BE was “now 3-4” in the BE-Big 12 battle with the Marq loss to Wisconsin. You ain’t walking that one back.

Horrible call on the charge. And theres no way you can almost double pump on that banker in that little time. Yale got screwed.

I have understood why you wouldn’t just put 4 of your guys at half court just throw the ball up and let it land game over, with .06 left it’s impossible for the other team to catch it and shoot a 3 which all has to be in one motion.

But it needs to be touched or it’s coming back from there for the Catamounts to inbound. I like the idea of throwing it to half court or beyond in a jump ball or tip situation though as you said impossible to get a shot off. Only other thing is stupid refs calling a foul on your own guy going up for it maybe scares coaches?
 
Didn't know Mississippi St was ranked #21, but they just lost to 1-6 Southern (#308 Kenpom) at home

Appalachian State has some nice players nice win over Auburn today. Fun game to watch in between crappy football.

I mean, say what you want about a Jay Bilas, but even he would agree with the notion that, if UConn isn't a blue blood, then the name has little meaning, other than to placate the fragile egos of old men who no longer hit their tee shots nearly as far as they once did, and the # of rescue clubs in their bags has grown by the year.

I agree that unless he really turns it around, the ship is sailed and he's done. But you can keep your guys as long as you've got someone lined up pronto at end of the year. Look at Providence and English keeping guys. Especially if your nil is still good. But that means the bag droppers get to make or are heavily involved in the hire (which likely they are anyways)
