Texas did come back to win in OT. Some say Manning’s best game but he left with apparent concussion. Backup QB Caldwell with OT toss to win game 45-38.

He got his sons exposure and then got them into the NFL desite Shadeur not being a great QB and Shilo being waived, mission accomplished. Anything else he does at Colorado is inconsequential compared to his primary aim (see 1st sentence). Colorado was merely a vehicle for his sons' career advancement. He's less of a coach and more of a glorified agent.
