I might be willing to part w/ Tina Langley if they want someone with head coaching experience.![]()
How thoughtful of you during this giving season!

Northern Arizona is 9-2 (with a win over Arizona!) and San Diego St is 10-1. Any potential in either of their HCs?I expected Arizona state to win today. They are going to have to make a change after this season. I see regression.
There’s a good assistant somewhere waiting for an opportunity.
@azfan and I were just talking about NAU's coach Loree Payne yesterday. I honestly don't even know who SDSU's coach is. I think the top of my short list of up and coming younger coaches is still Lindy La Rocque at UNLV.Northern Arizona is 9-2 (with a win over Arizona!) and San Diego St is 10-1. Any potential in either of their HCs?
I didn't obviously.I expected Arizona state to win today. They are going to have to make a change after this season. I see regression.

I am just happy for Coach Smith. She has that Cal program heading in the right direction. Things are looking good for that Cal program. Well done, Coach Smith and to the Cal fans.Cal won easily against Austin Peay, 71-45 which was no surprise. Team came a bit flat, not unexpected after Friday really, but as the game progressed starters got to rest quite a bit and we saw some frosh and others get some valuable playing time.
Massey had ASU by 6. And they are a power 4 team. I just kind of figured they could beat UC Davis. I am setting myself up. But I expect them to beat San Francisco too.I didn't obviously.
There is no regression.
The team was bad last year and was bad the year before. Adair has achieved a consistent level of horribleness. I do wonder now what the record is for most consecutive 20 loss seasons by a coach. Given the indifference of ASU administration perhaps Adair will linger long enough to break that record.
The team as constructed has a losing identity, weak preparation, extraordinarily poor court sense and no cohesion.
ASU should have made a change after last season and I wouldn't credit the leadership at the institution or the athletic department for having even a tiny concern with the women's basketball program. Given the neglect in the past I'm not confident that the decision to move on is going to be forthcoming at the end of the season.
One might think ADS would prevail over the 2-6 San Francisco Dons in the second of their three road games. But ........The Dons have 3 scorers, two from beyond The arc. Werth was deadly against the Jacks she's salivating at the thought of launching threes against Adair's laughable perimeter defense.
Devils will almost certainly lose to Utah in the final of the three road games and stay on schedule for a third consecutive 20 loss season.
At this point the only one who would even consider the dumpster fire that is ASU women's basketball would have to be an assistant with an unrealistic view of working at an institution that utterly neglect women's basketball.. ASU hired coach Adair on the cheap and I guarantee you if and when they move on they'll expect the young up and coverer to take much less than Adair's 650,000.
A successful established coach or a younger assistant or up and coming coach would never ever consider taking the job in Tempe which is going to become obvious with the sparse number of applicants when the position finally opens up will show how laughable the program has become.
Speaking of laughs the Houston game is in Texas on January 4th. I know the cougars are really really bad but I would expect that sandwiched between Texas Tech and Iowa State the devils will be committed to maintaining a significant losing streak in conference.
Now THAT’S one of them local rivalries Triad was talking about. No idea if they play each other much, but I don’t think the schools are more than 5 miles apart.Good thing I didn't make a bold prediction. Radford jumped out to a 6-3 lead out of the gate against VA Tech. Hokies on a little 46-10 run ever since.
