Today at 1:00 p.m. mountain standard time the 6 and 1 Grand Canyon Antelopes take on Arizona Christian.

Isn't Marissa Moseley the BU coach, not Northeastern?

Northeastern at Marist (1p, ESPN+).
Marisa Moseley's squad visits undefeated Marist.

Argh. That's what I get for doing this too quickly.

Hopefully that'll be my last egregious mistake of the year :)
No such thing as an egregious mistake this year...it's 2020

Considering you only have about 10 days to go, the odds are ever in your favour. Let's not talk about my ballot, ever again.

I hope you don't stop voting just because I got two lesser-mentioned Boston schools mixed up :)

FGCU got its 500th win in program history in only 597 games. Impressive record for the Eagles. Bell with another stand out game with a double double 21 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, and 5 blocks!

Bell is a beast. I remember watching her at the Jordan Brand Classic game and thinking she had the makings of an All-American-type college player. Glad to see she's landed someplace more suitable for her to show her stuff!

SOMEONE is going to win their first game of the year. Right now, it looks like Georgia Southern (0-3) has the upper hand on 0-6 Western Carolina, leading 54-40, midway through the 3rd quarter.

Dungee not playing for Arkansas today (precautionary only). Won't matter. Hogs beating UAPB 45-20 at half.

.-.
I"m trying to flip back and forth between WSU-UO, Ohio-WVU, and NDSU-KU — all while tabulating the BY25 spreadsheet! Multitasking is hard.

Lopes leading 14-6 at the first quarter media timeout. Grand Canyon has turned over Arizona Christian 8 times in the first 5 minutes.

End of first quarter Grand Canyon 20, Arizona Christian 15. Grand Canyon turns over Arizona Christian 12 times and freshman Katie Scott has 12 points, 5 boards and 2 assists in an outstanding first quarter.

44-27 Grand Canyon at the half. Lopes haved generated 20 turnovers and former Missouri Gatorade Player of the year Katie Scott is game high in points (17), boards (7) and assists (3).

Time for some Big South Action. Charleston Southern at Hampton. The Buccaneers vs the Pirates. Should be a swashbuckling time.

.-.
The Bison of North Dakota State just stampeded into the plains and slayed the Jayhawks of Lawrence.

The bottom half of the Big 12 is tragically bad this year.

Kim will feel right at home when she pivots from out of conference to conference play. :D

Which Lee shows up tonight against Texas? South Dakota State Lee with 25 min, 7 of 10 FG, 4 of 5 FT, 9 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block for 18 points and a win or Iowa State Lee with 35 min, 7 of 10 FG, 6 of 10 FT, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block 1 TO and 20 points in a loss.

She needs to do more in rebounding, passing and scoring if they want to be top 3 in this conference. She has the skill.

So watching USF (between work meetings ) and Cin just clawed their way back into the game at 26-25 early in Q2.

CSU won yesterday on a last second three pointer. Today in the rematch they won 58-53

So to recap what I watched today. USF held on and beat Cincinnati by 11 though at 5:25 to go it was 58-57 game before USF took control. Seems Cincinnati is not doing as well with Michelle Clark-Heard's own recruits in year 3 of her reign...

Wash St. Univ beat one of the directional schools-Eastern Washington Univ. I have to say, this WSU team is greater than the sum of their parts, whereas ND is less than the sum of theirs. WSU is a good story.

.-.
Iowa had a couple games postponed I believe, they've been out of action a while. They beat up on Western Illinois today. Clark had a poor shooting day but did log a triple double w/ 13/13/10.

edit--6 Hawkeyes in double figures, and I think their 3rd leading scorer on the season didn't play today

also oops, they only had one game postponed, but they haven't played since 12/12

Slimmer pickings today than the previous two days, and games at both Michigan and Texas Tech were postponed or canceled. At this point the best remaining matchup, by far, is Northern Iowa–South Dakota State.

With the game hiatus ending tonight, I need to plan my week viewing accordingly...so, umm, where’s the new schedule? :D
