I said in the game week thread that if Boise didn’t cover -33 that I’d become an atheist and drop out of seminary. God heard my plea and doubled the spread to strengthen my faith. Amen, friends. What a testimony. For those who were confused about how it could have been that much of a blowout, it was not of human doing. This beating was truly God’s hand at work. That is all.

If you preach on Sunday’s with 4 to 1 football to gospel ratio, i’ll join your congregation.

More to the point of the title of the thread, Magliozzii was really booming them. And we didn't hear about any season ending injuries did we?

No but Fortt may be out due to a concussion. Of course he is the only who has made any plays so far this year.

Fortt in concussion protocol. Besides that, I haven't heard anything. Hopefully Magliozzi left Boise with his right leg still attached to his body after all that movement

Migliozzi looks like he could be the next Ray Guy in a few years. Anyone have any idea why he was redshirted last year?

I think he has a lingering shoulder issue which he had surgery to repair after the season...

Beyond the answers people cited in the game thread last night, e.g., Migliozzi played rugger football, not gridiron football before signing with UConn, dropped another practice snap preceding the opening Holy Cross game, the Aussie didn't even arrive in Storrs until mid-August 2017 and he was subsequently found to need practice with the ol' snap, catch, punt gig and later determined to require some kind of surgery.

Of course 80 F air at altitude helps the punts go a long long way ….

Four of the bottom 20 are AAC fanbases, including us, obviously, joined by Tulsa, Temple and SMU.

Didn’t Edsall show up for Holy Cross without a punter chosen and pick Graham in the pre-game.

Glad they redshirted him.
