Actually, this is a pretty accurate poll. But, it doesn't affect the selection committee seedings.

With the number of losses and upset losses the top 5 have had, that's not a prediction I will be making.

The only 1 seed in the Bracketology today that I would bet money on being in the Final Four is South Carolina. I would go the other way with Texas and bet they won't be in the Final Four and maybe not even make it to the 8. USC is an average team with a lot of individual talent so they could pull it together and make run but they are the one team that doesn't play defense and that is always a liability when playing the top teams.

Right now I think the best team is UConn, the team with the best players is also UConn, and they also have one of the better coaches. They will only lose if they run up against a team that hits tons of threes which they don't always defend coupled with an off night by Paige and Azzi. If they aren't a 1 seed I also think they will use that as fuel which is a good thing.
