Sorry to post on 2 threads (might be a little adrenaline)... SEC quarterfinal has taken a slightly interesting turn.
Thanks for all the effort you put into these updates, LisaG! It's much appreciated—and easier to process than the NCAAW page on espn.com.

The comeback began with the second half tip-off against the starters and continued against the whole 2 deep. It ended when the team fed Chloe with 4 minutes to go.Did Vandy come back because SC started to rest its starters ?
I had said some very complimentary words regarding how far Brenda Frese had taken the Terps this year.Michigan is taking it to Maryland
In the olden days (late 90s/early 00s), all the sweet 16 games were on a single Saturday. That was a pretty fun day.I love all these P-4.5 tournaments being played at the same times.
Tomorrow is shaping up to be one of the best Saturday’s of wbb ever!
Love it!
Day isn't over. Oklahoma St. is playing someone they should beat easily...so they'll probably lose. Trailing currently. We've had basically no upsets today. Just Michigan, and that was only a 2.5 point spread
Even though it's a semifinal, a St. Joseph's win over Richmond tomorrow probably puts them in...right?
I don't understand how Creme has them in his first 4 out. Stanford has a better resume by far.St Joe's? 53rd in the NET. 3 Q4 losses.
Noooo way.
Fair point. I just assumed Creme had some solid reasoning. But their resume is basically nothing. 82 Massey as well.St Joe's? 53rd in the NET. 3 Q4 losses.
Noooo way.
heh 53rd in the NET is still better than 68 in the NET.Fair point. I just assumed Creme had some solid reasoning. But their resume is basically nothing. 82 Massey as well.

Northern Arizona Lumberjacks.'Please give me a 2nd place team from a small league instead of #13 in a power League!...'
fans.
Amazingly, no weak team has put on a surge. Deciding teams 12-16 and 60-68 more a battle of attrition than someone seizing it.
Still plenty of big games now Sat and Sun!
Great slate of games!Today's matchups - ACC, BE, B10, B12, SEC, the OVC championship, along with the two remaining undefeateds in conference play. Big East with the only two real upsets, as the 1/5 matchups are a toss up.

That middle group, especially LSU and NC State could create some problems for teams and could make it to the title game. That third group, Ole Miss especially, are dangerous as well. They could shake things up. Exciting times for us a WBB fans.Lots of good games yesterday with close scores. I've got a weird feeling that today is going to disappoint a little and we'll have more blowouts than expected. Teams that lack depth or who are playing for the third day in a row will start showing signs of fatigue.
Anyone else starting to feel like there is a second group of 6 that is emerging? There seems to be a widening gap between the 3 and 4 seeds. So we have the top 6 which I think are the title contenders and now we have a second group of 6 which are teams that could beat the title contenders on a good day.
Title Contenders:
Texas
USC
UCLA
South Carolina
UConn
Notre Dame
Final Four Contenders (teams with title contender upset potential but unlikely to be in the title game):
NC State
LSU
Oklahoma
Kentucky
Duke
TCU
Remainder of top 16:
Ohio State
Kansas State
North Carolina
Ole Miss
