Week 15 games (Mar. 1-7)

Yeah, agree that SDSU is in, I was just musing about whether the Coyotes of South Dakota would have taken up a bid if they don't win the tournament. The Yotes have a NET of 37, but.....there's no real wins of note on their resume to go with a loss to Oklahoma.
Oh my bad for careless reading. South Dakota would be highly doubtful IMO. Best win is over NET #87 Bradley (their only top 100 win). And any loss in the Summit tournament at this point would not be a good one (the next two best teams are #87 and #105).

It's too bad because the Yotes were quite competitive in their losses to South Carolina and Gonzaga, as well as in one of their losses to SDSU, but they couldn't come through.

Right. That's my thinking as well. Interesting that Creme has South Dakota safely in as a 10 Seed despite that resume. I guess we'll have to wait and see how it all plays out -- I'm secretly hoping for DU to sneak through and snatch the title.

Iowa beats Nebraska 83-75. Caitlin Clark had 35 points on 19 shots (5 of 10 from deep) and 8 rebounds.
She's found another gear. 30 or more in 7 of the last 9 games, and over 50% shooting from the floor in 6 of 9, both overall and behind the arc. I can't think of anyone playing better offensively down the stretch than her.

Here's the put-away:

.-.
Creighton upset Seton Hall 83-76 to advance to semis to face Marquette.

I like Bozzella but I won't mind not having to hear anymore about a certain Seton Hall player.

You have to know she's gonna pull from that distance. The defender cannot be slacking off of her. Heck of a shot.

Mercer thumped Wofford in the SoCon final to punch their ticket to The Dance.

With everything else going on...I forgot to check on the Southland and there was a HUGE upset, and a terrible loss for Central Arkansas. Northwestern State gets its first win of the season, 50-45, to improve to 1-19 on the year. Central Arkansas, which went into this game in third place, fell to a tie for fifth place, with Nicholls.
