Was expecting a slightly bigger drop but lots of ranked teams lost this week which helped us, plus I think we still get some respect for our brand.

The top-25 went crazy this week. Losses everywhere. Definitely helped us. Need a couple wins to creep back up.

Tbh about where we should be. Team feel more like a 20-30 team without McNeeley. 10-20 with him

One reason I’m happy we’re still ranked now and stayed ranked after the Maui swoon: as of now, we have been ranked in 50 consecutive AP polls, dating back to (I think) week 2 of 22-23.

That is the fourth-longest streak in the nation behind Houston (96), Kansas (75), and Tennessee (70).

It’s also the fourth-longest streak in UConn history. Our record streak is 68 polls between 03 and 07. So long as we right the ship these next two weeks, I think the combo of Liam coming back and how good we’re going to be in 25-26 (based on recruiting class and assuming certain people come back) could see that record fall by this time next year.
