Kentucky holds on to beat #5 Tennessee at Knoxville 63-56.
@tzznandrew weren't you the one warning people not to dunk on Kentucky too early?

That’s a bad loss if you’re Tenn. At home. And it took UK almost 6 minutes to score in the game.Kentucky holds on to beat #5 Tennessee at Knoxville 63-56.

it’s almost like terrible officiating can impact the outcomes of games.Providence getting a pretty bad whistle here at Creighton. Maybe there's something to that theory after all.
Eehh. They just aren’t getting away with fouls like they normally do.Providence getting a pretty bad whistle here at Creighton. Maybe there's something to that theory after all.
I didn't see the UK-Tenn game, but checked the box score. Tenn put up more shots and more threes, UK shot under 40%, but had a wide margin on the glass. But the most interesting stat was that UK took 15 more FTs than Tenn. And made 15 more FTs than Tenn... in Tenn's building.it’s almost like terrible officiating can impact the outcomes of games.
ISU picked 9th in pre-season B12.How in hell does ISU-KU end up on ESPN+?
Not the same team without Nick Smith (out indefinitely) and Trevon Brazile (out for the year). Two of their top four scorers plus frontcourt has way less upside without Brazile.Other losers:
#15 Arkansas
It's a cascading effect, too. The starters are worse, and also now they have to play bench guys who suck. Not the same team without Nick Smith (out indefinitely) and Trevon Brazile (out for the year). Two of their top four scorers plus frontcourt has way less upside without Brazile.
Another road loss btw.Florida beats #20 Missouri
