Interesting to note that several big runs came with lined up as a traditional fullback and leading the running back. Something that was discussed in another thread.

Even in some of the highlighted plays, there were issues. In the first play, Myers, who was very inconsistent blocking all night, got tossed aside which nearly ended up in a loss even though Newsome got the first down.

On the goal line play with Johnson, Peart completely whiffed on the Defensive End, who got into the backfield but couldn't get his hands on RonJon. A faster DE probably gets there and stuffs the play.

Bloom appears to be the most consistent blocker among the Tight Ends.

I think you are right on Bloom. He has consistently been the blocker among the TEs. Though he was inconsistent I thought Davis looked like he might be getting the hang of it. Myers is the receiving tight end.
