Foodshare has decided to extend its drive-thru food distribution at its new mobile site at Rentschler Field for the next two weeks due to the recent overwhelming response from the community, the nonprofit announced Wednesday on its Facebook page. The Facebook post said the site will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon through May 8. The program was initially only supposed to run through April 24.
