or Im scared a team that lives close like the Knicks who have unlimited funds will offer him a deal he cannot refuse. We need to offer KO a ten year 45mm $ deal

Kevin Ollie, more than maybe any other coach I've seen, seems to know that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. He'll get a major payday for this but it's because he deserves it, not because we need to desperately throw money at him to get him to stay.

NBA coaches just don't matter. No one cares about them. You get on constantly and you're the first one to get fired when the team underperforms.

KO just won a national title at his alma mater in his second year. He's not going anywhere.

It is a tricky situation IMO. We have to pay him...BIG, but we can't pay him more than Geno makes. I think they both get raises by the end of the month.

I think the AAC should contribute 25% to both of their salaries (ok, not really...)

How does the metric measurement system relate to US currency?
OP must be an accountant or a banker. Contrary to popular assumptions, mm=million and m = thousand.

Ollie won't take any college job other than UCONN. NBA on the other hand...

We need to put our money where our mouth is in terms of his salary.

I think he will win another title before he considers leaving.
