Interesting how things change.. We weren't even chosen for this year's preseason top 25.. Many thought we were a year away from a serious run based on the addition of Fab 5 recruiting class and potential returnees..

And look at us now.. Forty more minutes.

Despite what he's said, it would not totally shock me if Jackson went pro if we won tonight. Same goes for Tristen really. But Castle, AK, Clingan is still an elite starting point for a team
 
Field of 68 compiled all the top 25s that have been released. Composite rank is 3.18, which puts us #2 behind Marquette

These "way too early" Top 25's just reshuffle the same teams around. They don't capture the team that was young and didn't have a great season this year, but brings everyone back, so they are useless.
 
surprised purdue is so high without edey. then again it's the big10 so i shouldnt be surprised theyre overrated again.

Can't speak for all of them, but the few that I've seen the articles for are all including Edey as a returning player since he has eligibility left and is not listed on most mock drafts
