Pulido is our only experienced back-up at the point with Hartley gone. She led her high school team in assists, when she wasn't shooting. Mo-Jeff can't go 40 the whole season. It will take a while for Sadie Edwards, a two-guard with dribbling skills, time to develop and learn the UCONN system.

I think if the time comes when we need Pulido to step in at the point because Moriah can't go, we are in trouble.

Nothing against Pulido.

Are we forgetting about Nurse, the 17-year-old STARTING point guard for the Canadian National team?

Well, Stewie is supposed to be working on her ball skills this year. How about turning her into a 1/2 combo player and bringing in Tuck to take her position. ;)

Yes, that's what the signing is about.

"Natalie Butler, who was selected as the 2013-14 Big East Rookie of the Year while competing at Georgetown University, has signed a financial aid agreement to complete her transfer to the University of Connecticut."

For anyone who does not know, that is also what the Leticia Romero flap is about. She can transfer to any school she chooses, but because Kansas State refuses to give her a release, she will not be able to be on scholly for the year she has to sit out. It would cost KSU nothing to give her the release but their not giving it will cost her plenty. That is what makes it so stupid and vindictive and why so many people are so pi$$ed at KSU.

Are we also forgetting Saniya Chong? She actually has experience, although limited, playing for the Huskies.
Are we forgetting Gabby ..She played point for Reed vs Reno in the Nav. State Championship,as ONLY a Soph.,,scored over 30...Although I don"t think she was recruited as a point.
