All kidding aside......really guys? If there are 4,618 problems within our athletic department, 4,615 are probably more important than this.

thats all fine and yea we have alot bigger fish to fry right now but i mean why did we not play ball here? whats the worst that can happen? we get 50 votes like cuse in the end and cincy wins? atleast play ball for the fans. this just looks stupid not playing. golden chance for espn to drive down the street and have the gameday crew set up in the parking lot with fans tailgating behind and all around them. recruits think big time thoughts etc etc...atleast play ball and show that were interested. hell last bball season was a mess but we had gameday for a bball game.

So we decided not to participate in a contest we had no chance of winning that is directly related to the size of each school's fanbase. And by going to espn.com and voting you somehow feel more connected? And recruits are going to watch this?

Too each his own I guess.

I wouldn't have guessed that NC State would be in the early lead.

it should have read 'elected not to participate b/c ESPN is a bunch of s', but other than that i don't see the problem.

i saw gameday at michigan several years ago and it's pretty worthless. about 100 people with nothing better to do holding signs, shot to look like a crowd of thousands. standing behind those knuckleheads is a terrible option to tailgating
