Hmmm. I just voted too, and thought it was around DT 35/Swoopes 65. Looked again just now and DT 63/37. Sorry - my bad.

Anyway, Sue needs our help!!
Now Sue 64%, Lisa 36% ==> my vote will make such big difference? LOL

huh? Dee 59%, Swoopes 41%... (I just voted)... But you are right - Leslie 55%, Bird 45%...

On edit - there is a TON of movement even after I just voted. I"m guessing the voting just started and the impact of even a few votes makes a big difference...

Nope, it has been around for days, if not a week.

Just vote again. Sue is 72 % to 28 %...

Voted 3 times in 90 seconds. All it takes is closing and reopening the page. Sue still at 72% - the virtue of small numbers has come and gone.

Sue and Dee are both crushing Lisa and Sheryl. I'm not sure they are the 2 greatest in the history of the game, but it just goes to show how much respect the former UCONN'ers have. In 5-10 years, Tina and Stewie will be on that top 16 list too. But with that many former Huskies, it will be necessary to put them in different brackets.... no more of this "Maya vs. Diana" in round 2...

Don't want to see Maya and DT in the same bracket next year...

I love Sue and think she is one of the smartest and most clutch players ever--and possibly the best leader--but to see her trouncing Lisa Leslie is surprising to me. It shows the respect that Sue has, as well as how UConn-driven the balloting is. It looks as if we will have best friends in the finals. Interesting!

The closest vote either has had so far was Dee winning over Maya by 53-47. As Eric notes, that is insane for a round 2 match-up. They are clearly top 5 in the world now and possibly top 2.

One interesting thought on Diana's support. She's not even playing this summer, and she's still beating the competition.

Because ESPN is allowing unlimited duplicate voting, in one hour the BY turned around a hopeless defeat for Sue into a dominant lead. That's what makes America great!

. . . or either of them in the same bracket with Stewie (once she becomes eligible).
