Still way early, but the Chanticleers came to play. Draining plenty of 3-balls.

Had no idea Cliff Ellis was still coaching. I'd like to see him end up on the right side of this one, but every time I see his face I think of him standing on the sidelines with his hands on his hips after The Shot.

didn't we trail Albany by 12 in the second half in 06

Bad shots, some matador interior defense. This game could get away from Coastal Carolina if they are not careful.

Their big man blatantly just double dribbled too, but the refs made it up on the other end by ignoring two UVA up and downs that should have been travels or at least tie ups.

UVA doesn't allow points. This second half so far is a little more representative of them. Coastal is in trouble now.

CC got hit in the mouth but they're still right in it. Some bad shot selections though.

CC handling the ball like it just came out of a 400 degree oven

that, and UVA has turned up the D. CC's getting suffocated by it.

CC is holding on by the skin of their teeth. Feel like UVA is gonna pull away.

I wouldn't watch this game at gunpoint if this was December. This is ugly.

That 3 should euthanize Coastal Carolina.

File for future reference: Note that 10' jumpers are wide open vs. UVA.

Those last shots by Nolte look like the death blow for CC. They have to work too hard for every shot.

I thought the guy committed suicide after the George's basket.
