I am out of the country for a few weeks and would like to catch the men’s and women’s games. I do have Nord VPN but in attempting to get You Tube TV or Peacock they come up with a message that essentially says if I am out of country their services are unavailable. Is there another VPN that would work?

I saw that a number of games could be accessed after the fact on UTubeTV. After the fact would not be the end of the world. I also have noted that periodically someone from the Boneyard would provide an alternative sight to view the game after the fact. Is that possible or am I hallucinating?

Of course the final resolution would be to watch all of the games recorded on UTubeTV after I return to the states. Not a bad time to have escaped from frigid North Carolina with the greens all covered to protect from the cold.

I’m surprised vpn doesn’t work especially for peacock…I was planning to do that myself. Isn’t masking the location of your IP address the entire point of a vpn??

I have YT-TV and I had to be satisfied w/the replays on YT for 2 games when I was in Portugal in mid-December.

I have YTTV and Peacock. I was out of the country between Xmas and NYE and subscribed to ExpressVPN. I remember YTTV did not work, but logging directly into Peacock did.

this is from a couple years ago

I've been out of the country since 1999. These days I listen to the games on UConn Plus if I'm awake. Then I watch the highlights and if it's a good game, the full replays posted here on the BY.

I gave up on VPN awhile ago. They figure out pretty quickly (using IP ranges I would guess) if you're using one of the big VPN providers.

There are sometimes people livestreaming the games on YouTube. There are also pirate TV websites that stream US TV stations - but those have tons of popup ads that you have to block, click through, and generally do battle with.

I'd recommend messing with the NordVPN settings.

Try different servers, double VPN, etc, until something works. It usually does eventually.

(Can't speak to YTTV specifically though)

As for a legal method, I'd recommend checking out the DAZN app. The Creighton and SJU games are on there for free outside the US.

Express VPN works. Used it for Xfinity(have cable for my home in Miami), Prime, and NetFlix since I work offshore. Make sure you clear your browser history and log out of the app you wish to use first before putting on express vpn.
