UConn just keeps getting great young people who also are very talented B'ball players. Her smile reminds me a Kiah's ... genuine.

There were a couple of other videos - news snippets reporting on some milestones for her as well as some games. I was not able to see her play on Team USA as she was on the older team than KLS and Boykin, but seeing the few vids of her shows why she was so highly sought after. Great kid and so talented...

Wow! Wow! This young lady (Napheesa Collier) is going to be a star of the brightest magnitude both on and off the basketball court.
On the Court: Long basketball frame + silky smooth movement -almost effortless-with and without the ball. Great reflexes always moving to improve her position (offensively and defensively) & reacts faster to the ball than anyone on the court. At times, it is almost like the ball finds her, but this happens way too often to be coincidence. High energy-literally the last one to get tired. Ultra-competitive hates to lose be it bingo or getting buckets.
Off the Court: So much poise, articulate, beautiful. Instant role model from the very first sentence. Napheesa Collier on Making on being selected to McDonald’s ALL- American team: “It is definitely an honor; I have been looking forward to this since I was a little girl. I would like to thank my trainers, coaches, and parents for helping me get there.”
One last striking observation. Napheesa Collier is equally willing and skilled enough to be batman-star- or Robin-supporting cog- Pippen or Jordan if you will.

From Dawn Staley, 2014 FIBA USA U18 coach, commenting on gold medal winning player Napheesa Collier:
"Napheesa was great! She's relentless. She plays hard all the time, and it doesn't matter if it's a game or if it's practice. She sets a great example for others. She's probably one of the most efficient players on both sides of the ball. She made stuff happen. She's a magnet for the ball, a great offensive rebounder that can knock down open shots from inside and outside the 3 point line. She picked up things well and was a pleasure to work with."

UConn is getting a really super kid, whose initials by the way are perfectly appropriate - NC

[And IMO she should have been named MVP, not A. Wilson.]
