I yelled and my wife asked me what was wrong and I said UCONN won. She said about time.... Great win
 
First one is always the toughest to get. Lets get a little winning streak going now.

My wife was happy to finally see me smile after a game. By the end she was sneaking a peak at my laptop. In 13 years it has never felt so good.

Anybody who has a beef about how the team has played in the past or might play going forward is missing the big picture.
 
I'm not sure what's more amazing. UCONN winning or you smiling and the wife being happy after 13 years. :)

I had all these hilarious snarky comments to make in the wake of a loss. I'm glad to have no use for them tonight!
 
I think what's most impressive/astonishing about this is not just that we finally won but that we did the thing we've never been able to do all year: not quit and come back from being down by 2 or more scores! Very proud of this team right now for not quitting on themselves when everyone else had. I'm still in shock that we won last night!

Bring on RU! I think this is going to be quite a game! We got some momentum!
 
Can't wait to rewatch it today, then tomorrow and the rest of the next work week
 
I couldn't be happier for them!!!!!!! I wish I could have watched it but could not access espn3 cause I have direct tv and its not on the "list".

I have a bottle of Boones in my fridge, just waiting for an opportunity to enjoy it. A win over Rutgers perhaps?
 
How they won was impressive. 0-9, down 21-0 against Temple and for both offense and defense to step it up like that must be gratifying for both players and coaches. Showed some real character and toughness that I hope they build on heading into the game against Rutgers.
 
Sorry to everyone who wretched in the first half. It was my fault. We had an early dinner w/ friends, just got home around 9:15 at the start of the second half. I saw 3 straight Husky drives and not much of anything from Temple.
 
At half time I emerged out of the basement and told the wife I couldn't watch anymore of this, and I'd be up for the second half to watch Real Housewives on demand with her. Somehow, tho, I crept back down . . . . So glad I didn't post anything. Have finally learned the wisdom of that old adage, if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. . . . so true.

After not checking my phone, Twitter or the Boneyard since 7pm Saturday night, I just got done watching the game - wow.

I'll admit, I contemplated just getting the final score at halftime down 21-0, by I stuck it out and couldn't be happier.

The QB keeper on Cochran's TD has to be the call of the season.

Great win and we'll have some momentum for Rutgers.
 
I really enjoyed watching you guys pull out of that deep 1st half hole and get a great character building win! I think at this point in the season RU better play there best because winning gets contagious and RU seems to be in a funk? Good luck guys!
