If Tacko Fall was playing Uconn would lose by 20, but without him puncher's chance. Don't think they'll lose the way they did Temple
Uconn 73
UCF 69

I love your enthusiasm!

Lethargy is our enemy.

Sure, this is a winnable game for the Huskies. But so were the games against Temple, Memphis and Auburn where they were utterly destroyed. I am well beyond forecasting any victories for this team.

Love me some Taco, wish he was playing. Seriously you rarely see players his size especially against us.

Did we learn nothing from the last thread titled "winnable game"?

Yeah, but this one is a "very winnable game", so... ;)

Trading B J Taylor for Tacko doesn't help us. Plus we don't have the home crowd for energy. I think we are doomed

UCF was worse with Taco on the court last time we faced them from the eye test not sure the actual plus minus for him in the game.

UConn has been awful on the road, obviously winnable, but not feeling it :(

I know, right?

Virgnina "winnable game" = spanked, never in it, never had a chance
Missouri - "winnable game" = spanked, never in it, never had a chance
BC - "winnable game" = spanked, never in it, never had a chance
Arkansas - "winnable game" = spanked, never in it, never had a chance
Auburn - "winnable game", (cause they are missing players) = spanked, never in it, never had a chance
Memphis - "winnable game" = spanked, never in it, never had a chance
Temple - "winnable game" = spanked, never in it, never had a chance
UCF - "winnable game" = ???

Ya, the tide could change, finally. But after this football season and current bball season, it does not look good. (re: can uconn actually keep a "winnable" game close, nevermind even win one)? Uconn is 0-7 in games deemed winnable.
IMO this thread started by the OP is a direct response to those who (rightfully) called out the (other) OP who made the last "winnable game" thread, as a way to, for some reason be stubborn.

But really, time to put the kibosh on such threads, not a good luck, especially if Uconn goes down tonight and especially considering the season to this point.

Yes, but that titled *was* titled "Very winnable game..."

We might be better off just going back to Haiku, Tanka, or Prediction threads. Still looking for the mojo...

How about "Repeatably Winnable Game"?

Very winnable. Anderson in double figures along with Carlton and Larrier. Adams creating. Vital strip and slam for the win!

UConn 74 - 70 UCF

Doomed!

great effort by the kids, they fell short but very tough environment esp on a weekday. A couple bounces go their way they mighta pulled it off.

1 unorthodox basket in first 8 minutes.
