its illegal contact. but the ncaa could care less. just as illegal as a tweet or text if not worse. every time i slap a high five my hand has $20 in it....not really but thats my drift.

Again, I don't care about the NCAA and their rules. I just personally would feel uncomfortable if I started talking with teenagers through twitter.

I have nothing against people who do that, it's just not for me.
