UVA Game thread.

Anyone else notice the UVA seems to be jumping every snap, they're in motion before our OL reacts and a split second before the ball is snapped.

snaps seem slow to get to Shirreffs.

Our OL sucks. Why dont they call some quick slant or quick passes? BS has no time.

Because Diaco/Verducci are dense.

Announcer said too, difficulty getting the play call in here. Typical. He knew it was the 1/2 yd line not the 2. It was pretty clear there. At least they ran a different play!!

For those fans hoping BD learned from last week's time management and goal line offense, let's recap.

First and goal after a penalty.

First play run to the left to the 1/2 yard line.

Next play? Takes 25 seconds to get the play called; BD was trying to short circuit the play and call TO because his staff couldn't figure out what play to call from the 1/2 yard line on 2nd down.

Same systemic failure as Navy last week. No learning; no process improvement from the staff.

There is something to be said for defensive penalties preventing offense from running its offense.
