During the 2018 USSF Annual General Meeting, the election of a new president will finally occur sometime between 2/8-11. Likelihood of electing a respected leader willing and able to truly effectively influence positive USSF change, soccer development in the States, etc., just another another knob rubber, or some hybrid?

Any system that results in Hope Solo getting 1.5% of the votes to become our next leader is almost certainly broken. I'm not even confident she'd be out of jail for the entire term.

I guess the only saving grace is that the winner had p'ed off Gulati, which in itself is a good sign...
