We had some new players get some important game time.

Make no mistake: This was a huge win for USF. From the looks of the box score, it was no masterpiece. USF shot 30%. Ferreira was 1-12. Laksa was 6-23. But sometimes the most important wins are the ones you win ugly.

Now, one of the best things that can happen for USF (aside from winning more games) is to have LSU do well in the SEC.
