What a whacky conference. Watch Houston knock out Louisville just to make things interesting. If UConn could ever dominate this conference they would deserve a look by one of the P-5. Next year.

Game is much more competitive than it was in first quarter.

Navy is fun to watch and easy to root for- except against UConn.

Flowers is a stud. USF is best team in the conference.

Navy not going down without a fight,,,,,but this game is over.

2nd lost ever for Navy since joining AAC. That 2nd lost shoulda been UConn's

... who put it to us, who put it to...no one.

By the transitive property, we are better than no one
We put it to Cincy this year, last year it was...Houston. Next year, maybe everyone.

I'd love to see UConn lose 52-45.

Yeah, not really. Grass always looks greener on the other side but trust me, if your team is constantly losing games 52-45 you'd be constantly bitching and moaning about why our defense can't stop anybody.

Already complaining about that, along with an offense....at least scoring 45 gives hope to one side of the ball.

Agree not every week but it would be nice to see occasionally. Last time UConn played in a shootout (win or lose)??

and, as bigAbruns says,

Cincy blows this year by their standards, yet that's our best win so far.

Houston gave up on their season once they lost to Navy. Well I don't mean they literally gave up but they didn't get up to play SMU after losing to Navy, and SMU played Houston like it was their super bowl.

We need to play EC. like its our super bowl, one time. Need a happy Saturday afternoon for once. Win the Damm game huskies.

BS is too, just doesn't have an O-line like USF or the other skill position players.
My sarcasm detector must be on the fritz, for a second I thought you were serious.

That's why I keep saying they need to worry about competing in this league first before they can pursue jumping ship.

Grass is looking mighty green today.

Yes, I would have preferred UConn to lose 52-45 today.

Of course but that wasn't the choice given originally. If you'd gladly accept losing 52-45 every week as opposed to, say a 13-10 loss (or even 26-20), that's where we differ as I have no preference between the two - losing either way sucks..

All that being said, we don't get to choose the scores. Teams that ordinarily have amazing offenses can still get stifled when they play a good defense and teams with a good defense can still get blown out when they play a superior offense. Unfortunately, we aren't particularly good at either right now.
