USF Game in the Rain

Who else remembers that season when it seemed to rain every game. Who else remembers that USF game where the clouds opened up and poured on Rentschler Field and instead of the fans running for cover, the place erupted and cheered even louder because it was raining? Who else remembers the last time Rentschler Field played a factor in the outcome of a game? We NEED the 12th man this weekend!

I remember it fondly. I believe we had three home games in three successive weeks. It rained and we won every game. I think it rained almost every game that year because the next year, the joke was we couldn't remember attending a game with good weather.

Thankfully, during that rainy period, we were winning. I don't even want to think about what it would have looked like these past two seasons...

Favorite experience was USF in the snow. That was an amazing game and I have always felt that the 20,000 fans that remained in the 4th quarter made it the loudest game I remember being at since BC visited the 1st year. I am hoping the next two games aproach that decible.

Beatty and Thomas on the o-line too. Branch had a nice kick return in the video also. Lots of NFL starters on that team.

All of those players played for something, and the fans knew it and responded to it. This program now, coaches coach and players play, this program now, needs to stop sleepwalking and stop behaving like entitlement babies on the backs of the players and coaches that came before them and start blazing their own path and play like they have something to prove. They have LOTS to prove.

Was checking Andre's career stats- was checking for career fumbles, but couldn't find a source for that statistic. I just can't remember Andre ever losing the ball.

Toughness and heart is what i see there. How about a qb who was a leader on the field. The inability to run is unbelievable. Look how good the play-action pass was for Uconn geez.
