USC @ Oregon 2/16

27-23 UCLA leading at half. They were up 19-14 when the game finally started airing. OSU fought back to tie it at 21, but UCLA closed on a bit of a run.

Low scoring, this is just a knock down drag out brawl.

Now it's official.

Hebard 12-12 today, 24-24 her last 2 games, and 37-39 her last 3 games. That is freaking ridiculous. I can't recall a player ever going on a streak like that.

Ruthie Hebard has now made 30 straight field goal attempts.

Looks like Kalmer hasn't played yet for OSU. She's their best player when it comes to breaking a press, and UCLA is pressing at every opportunity. That one doesn't make any sense to me.

The announcers didn't say anything about it, but that has to be a record, right?

OSU on a run to start Q3, up 37-32. UCLA forced to call a TO. 14-5 this quarter, about 5 minutes in.

.-.
I think UCLA is 2-10 from the floor this quarter. OSU doing a decent job keeping them off the O boards. UCLA hit a 3 that broke a 10-0 run for OSU. 39-35 about 3 minutes left in Q3.

Momentum has totally swung. UCLA 43-40.

Gulich just picked up her 4th foul. Tied at 46 w/ 7 1/2 minutes left.

.-.
This is like getting teeth pulled. OSU's offense has ground to a halt again, but they got a driving hoop from McWilliams and then UCLA had a bone head turnover on the inbounds, completely unguarded, so Beavs get the ball back after the media TO. OSU leading 48-46 w/ 4:59 left.

Can you imagine Oregon State next year when they add Destiny Slocum?? I think they will be infinitely better.

Jordin Canada is about to become the Pac 12 career leader in assists. Prior to tonight #1 and #2 were Stanford teammates Azzi and Hennings. Canada is now #2 and needs 5 or 6 more to take the top spot.

Unfortunately they lose Gulich and she may be close to irreplaceable for them.

Impressive!

Speaking of Gulich, she has to be a high draft pick. 6-5 mobile post that can score and defend. I think she could have a better pro career than Ruth Hamblin.

Absolutely. Her progress from last year has been tremendous and at this point she's a better and more versatile player than Hamblin was.

51-50 OSU w/ 1:34 left. Time out, UCLA ball. This is making me nervous!

Trading buckets. 55-53 UCLA w/ 43 seconds left.

.-.
Tied at 55, UCLA ball w/ 16 seconds left. TO on the floor.

McWilliams has suddenly become the master of the catch and shoot in one motion off the inbounds.

Blocked shot, OSU got a TO w/ about 1 second left.

rattled in and out from about halfcourt

another OT game in the State of Oregon

60-57 UCLA w/ about 3 min. left.

OSU gets late in the shot clock so often. Don't know what they're always waiting for.

63-62 OSU, UCLA w/ FTs coming up. 1:28 left.
