Brogdon is the only one you can justify having Boat over. However, voters probably felt compelled to have someone representing a top 3 team after Anderson got hurt.

Because his team is in the NIT. You can find players who put up numbers just as good and better as Boat on tourney teams. It shouldn't be a shock to anyone that he's not an AA.
