Opening offer, if they want him that bad, they'll pay more. If Alderweireld leaves for a payday, they'll have some cash to spend. And it looks like Dembele is retiring so that opens up some more.

Given what players are being sold for these days, he might easily be worth that.
English clubs will have to pay a great more than any other country in Europe. Plus his off the field value is ginormous. Everyone wants the American golden boy.
