It's for the WBB Gold Medal, in case anyone has been living under a rock.

Milford, where are your seats for the gold medal game ??????
Um, front row at the Back Room at the Hard Rock. If I'm nice to the bartender, she'll switch the 60' HDTV from athletics to basketball.

I passed on the $480 ticket price initially. When I looked a couple of months later, they were gone. I looked some in London, but the authorities are discouraging any form of resales. I'm content with having seen the Aussie semifinals.

The marathon is tomorrow--and it's free. The U.S. has some legit medal contenders.

Does that mean the women are playing at 9 pm local time?
(I mean their local time, not ours.)

Milford, any idea what the men's game is going for? Just curious. I'm not going obviously.

As I noted, not much is available on the street. The men sold out in late 2011, I believe. Street price, if available, $800+ for nose bleed. Prime seats for $3,000+. That's my guess. This is the premier matchup.
