OT: US vs Canada 02/14 Olympic Womens Ice Hockey

The match between US and Canada (the 2 best teams in the same group????) square of tonight at 10:10. I really appreciate and enjoy women's Ice Hockey and there is no better match than US vs Canada. The US lost a heart breaker to Canada last time and have gone three straight Olympic's without Gold. Also Sarah Nurse is on the Canadian Team.

It was a shock to me since the US was leading by 2-0 with a few minutes to go. And then the rest is history. I still don't know how the US managed to lose.

Unfortunately, it is catching. The US men's team gave up a 2-0 lead to Slovenia in the last period losing 3-2 in overtime.

My thought exactly as I watched Slovenia scored again in OT. The US led by 1 with 1 minute 37 sec to go. Slovenia tied the game and won on OT. Just like the women US team lost to Canada in the 2014 Olympics.

Preliminary game. Both teams will advance to the next round. May be they will meet again in the medal game and the result will be different. By the way, Sarah NURSE scored the winning goal for the Canadians in the second period. I know that Kia must be real happy for her sister!!!
