Fun to watch DT and Bird playing with Charles and Moore. Two UConn dynasties team up. But man, USA missing some makeable shots. Dupree couldn't miss in the playoffs, now she can't hit. USA shooting PCT has got to be poor. On the plus side, I think Tina has 10 rebounds in the first half.

So ... I really dislike the starting lineup - for those who wanted to see the twin towers ... now you have seen it - BG and Charles each with a quick foul, and BG picks up a second and has to sit. And USA ends up with a small lineup and China takes advantage.
Problem in international play is that most teams have 4 players who can hit from outside and run very good screen action. Neither Tina or Griner are good defenders out on the perimeter and struggle with pick and roll defense. Need to start with a smaller quicker forward Nneka or Dupree or Moore and add in Augustus as the wing.
Really didn't like the rotations Geno was using and I think it all started because of the starting line-up.
