We were not right the day we played UMass but with URI thumping UMass in Amherst it shows how screwed up things are in Storrs. Central beat Merrimack who beat Holy Cross. I would love to hear from Guifre as to how we can not run the ball at all. With Purdue having Mich State on the ropes we have played some good teams this year. We just have nothing to hang our hat on as a strength. We crumble at the slightest difficulty.

Purdue is taking down number 3 Michigan State. We had some weak teams on our schedule but we caught Army, Fresno State and Purdue on up years for their programs. Our last 3 games will be brutal ( 25th toughest remaining 3 game schedule in the country).

Wisconsin drilled Schiano today 52-3. After the secret men's hoops vs Rutgers contest I went to their board to see if there was any info. The attitude towards us football and conference wise was harsh to say the least. On Wisconsin!!

I don’t follow recruiting but I doubt this.

I doubt they turned down UCONN offers to play FCS. They do get FBS transfers. Some players are better than expected.

The CAA are good football programs. Bottom Line. URI has a QB who started a bunch of games at Maryland; which is more evidence that the Transfer portal is an important part of modern college football.
