Uploading YouTube Videos

How Do You Directly Upload YouTube Videos to send others so they get the actual video rather than the link?

I never figured out how this is done. I see many on the BY.

Usually when I have sent one to a friend, I send the link for them to click on.

What are the steps? On Youtube, I see the Share icon, that now lets me share it to email, FB and other options.

Easiest approach is sharing the Youtube link with a friend then there are many websites that I use all the time like Clip Converter that download YouTube videos directly to your computer or phone. If you google download YouTube video you will see the different options that can do this.
