12 Harwell announcing tomorrow - Zags or Houston believed.

Other notables of those we’re looking at:

Bundalo drops from 24 to 31.

Lewis jumps from 44 to 32.

Hudson Greer plummets from 28 to 58.

Burries from 14 to 9. He’s been so quiet, but have heard we are involved.

Wonder why we didn’t look at Jamison in our backyard, at 38. Other big names involved.

Any of the 8 we're seriously involved with are really solid players and we should be psyched about. Acaden Lewis... our lowest ranked offer...is a higher ranked player than any recruit but Castle/McNeeley since, what, 2019 with Akok?

Rankings aren't everything. But there is a heck of a lot of talent on this list and we can be sure our staff is going after guys with the right mindset.

Yes, the rankings don't always illustrate that intangible factor. Lewis and Mullins have something to their games that to me is actually preferential over Thomas (obviously would be ecstatic w/ Thomas as well) and Reibe has a perfect skillset to complement Reed and then take over. I absolutely LOVE the guys that we are recruiting nowadays. They all seem to have a perfect mix of skill and bball IQ.

Based on tea leaf reading, feels like most likely scenarios end up with:

1 or none of Thomas and Lewis.
1 of Mullins or Adams or maybe none if we get Thomas
1 or 2 of Reibe or Bundalo.

My confidence level (again entirely tea leaf reading, talking to nobody):
Bundalo
Mullins - Lewis
Reibe - Thomas
Adams (mostly due to staff seemingly preferring Mullins)

two surprises:
1) i didnt think we'd take two 7 footers, seems like a lot of positional overlap b/w bundalo and reibe
2) highest confidence in bundalo, care to elaborate on that?

i want lewis to be in a categroy of his own. i see him as a PG and i see Thomas as a score first CG e.g. donovan mitchell. i cant envision hurley wanting him to be our starting PG next year.

Bundalo is more of a 6'9/6'10 stretch 4 to me. I think they can coexist, who knows what they think. StorrsCentral had stuff on Bundalo if you want to read.

I think Lewis/Mullins/Bundalo might be the most likely class, but there are so many permutations who knows what the actual likelihood is.

interesting. we need a backup for Reed at C next year so i'd really like if Bundalo can give us ~10mpg there. otherwise he'll be battling with Abraham for all his PT as the backup PF (assuming stew returns), and we'd still need to go to the portal for a backup C.

I think it's fairly likely Singare can give us backup minutes at the least in 2025 as a junior. But yeah there's always the portal.
 
reed is really pivotal to the season. the most likely scenario is him being serviceable generally and good vs certain matchups, but the position remains one where upgrade is significant, particularly on defense.

Don’t cut him short - kid is pretty gifted, will just be about refinement and dialing it in mentally.

An impressive list of targets-for sure. Am surprised(pleasantly) at two guys as having higher composites than I thought they would have. Tounde and Adams. Both very talented. Lewis or Adams seems like are real possibility. Either would be an excellent add to 2025 class. Have also read that its not out of the realm of possibility they both could come and successfully co-exist in our offensive system. Staff has done an excellent job of putting us in play with some very talented dudes.
