Updated 2023 ESPN Hoopgurlz rankings

Thanks. Always interesting to see who signs early and which teams, if they post, are interested in which players.

Does anyone know of any movers or shakers as a result of this update? Of all the recruits I've been tracking, most seem pretty much where they were ranked last I had checked...

I looked real hard at this list the other day, and I couldn't find Olivia Anderson from Ellensburg, WA. I thought she was ranked before, and not just barely on the fringe of Top 100.

edit--also Oregon St. commit Donovyn Hunter cracked the list, she wasn't there before.

Hannah Hidalgo is probably the most notable to me. Went up to #5 (and now highest ranked PG). A recent video interview suggests the farm is one of her favorites at the moment, and she said she will announce in July.

Some big drops include California passing extraordinaire Chloe Briggs from top 30 to #77. Also 6'7" Letycia Vasconcelos dropped from top 15 to #50.

A lot of players in the around the 20's and 30's I think are new names making their debuts on the list, like I think #27 Tessa Johnson is a new name/previously unranked and maybe even #22 Sahara Williams before her.

I think it was ASGR that had Olivia Anderson a couple tiers higher (currently #25). But on the previous ESPN revision Anderson was one of the last on the list (though it was a top 60). Seems like the buzz has cooled off a bit as her only major offers appear to be Michigan and the local Power 5 Univ. of Washington.

Curious who will end up landing Aalyah Del Rosario
March Madness Basketball GIF by LSU Tigers

Is UConn recruiting Breya Cunningham? If so, who’s the competition?
They didn’t make her top 5.
UCLA, Arizona, Texas, Oregon, and (I believe) USC.
She just visited Arizona not too long ago.
