I'm going to miss Kia and her dry humor, but I think Lou's is not that shabby and will be carrying that load next year.

She posted a video on Instagram (Apr 18th ??) riding a "cart" like thing with her left leg on the cart and pushing with the right...big smiles!!! in the video.

She’s out until August from any on court activities. This will give her 3 months to get ready before the first game. Not sure if there are screws or anything like that involved but from the sounds of it, people aren’t worried about it.

Hopefully that will mean a lot of weight room activities and free throw shooting.

You have to get up off your feet to shoot 3's. With FT shooting you remain stationary. Shooting FT's also helps your form for all of your other shots.
