don't know if it's possible, but, CD's title should be changed to associate head coach, rather than assistant.

That one's not so easy, because it is a canned template, but good point, I will look into it.

Someone else has made the request, so I seconded it. I may try it myself, but breaking a template breaks it everywhere, and it is used in thousands of articles.
