As we stood cutting, chopping and slicing cabbage for sauerkraut yesterday as a church project we suddenly realized of the 5 of us working 4 were left handed. We had a big laugh. BTW, in 2 days we have prepped 250 pounds of slaw into the kraut presses with another 250-300 pounds to go.
