Unrivaled 2026

Last year, the Mist were my team, but Jewell, Nai, and Sloot aren't playing this year, and Rickea and Aaliyah are on different teams. Oh well! That said, picking up Allisha Gray was the steal of the draft as far as I'm concerned—not sure how the Owls didn't protect her after she tore it up in the W last season. If Stewie and Arike recover from their in-season injuries, that team could be very dangerous and a lot of fun to watch.

I'll also look forward to watching the Breeze. Paige is my favorite, and I think she, Dom, and Rickea could really mix it up. Like you, I'm excited about the youth movement (also love Rivers and Citron).

Having said all that, the Phantom are my prediction to win it all. And I like for Kiki that she'll have the mentorship from Aliyah. (I was hoping that Paige would end up on a team with one of the veteran point guards like Tasha Cloud, Chelsea, or Courtney Williams for that same mentorship experience; I feel like a lot of the benefit of Unrivaled is the relationship building.)
Oh I meant to mention your comment about AB mentoring Iriafen. I find it interesting that everyone always talks about Boston like she is a 10 year vet. She has only played 3 years in the league and is 23 years old (younger than Paige!)! She is still on her rookie contract. So she literally has two more seasons of experience and a one year age gap between her and Iriafen. With that said, I'm sure Boston has some tricks of the trade to hand off but she is far from being an experienced vet.

You're 100% correct. I think I mistake Aliyah for being older than she is because she's so smart and she's been so good for so long that I feel like she's been around forever, even though she's only been in the league for a short time.

Damn. Hoping things improve for her soon.

That.... Sucks. Even though it wasn't even a foul, it was a brutal hit to her head, and I immediately wondered how quickly she'd be able to come back. Hopefully soon, and fully recovered...

Yup. And it's been several months since it happened. Fingers crossed we hear better news soon.

Some interesting combinations, that's for sure 😂 😂

To this day, it still amazes me that you can't get ketchup chips in the US. It just seems like a no brainer. 🤷‍♀️😉

We have ketchup-flavored chips, or at least have had them. I don’t keep track of such things, though, because the potato chip is the perfect snack and can only be ruined by adding flavors.

I liked Brittney’s answer. We know several people who can’t have their foods touching, and actually have sectioned plates for when they visit.

Interesting. Which state is this? Need to send this information to my US friends looking for them. I bring them with me when I visit, but it's not often due to proximity.

I coudln't tell who it was - 2 krispy kreme donuts, burger patty, cheese, bacon, and a peach cobbler shake? Holy heart attack Batman! Only an athlete could eat that and not end up in the ICU LOL!!!

A friend from Canada brought some ketchup flavored chips. They were pretty good. Reminds me of the Zapp's Voodoo creole chips. Mmmm.

I'm in Maryland. I'm pretty sure the chips were from Utz, which is available in most of the country. As I said, no idea whether it was a flash in the pan. Maybe one of the Utzes vacationed in the Great White North.

Actually, I just looked, and Herr's has ketchup-flavored potato chips. I think Herr's are available in most of the country, too.

Unrivaled needs to bribe, cajole, or sue ESPN to include their game box scores in the sports results and their schedule somewhere online. I generally don't have time to watch live basketball, so 90% of my WCBB consumption, especially any time but weekends, is seeing game schedules and DVRing, or watching highlights from box score links. As a result, Unrivaled more or less doesn't exist in my daily sports media consumption universe, and I'm not even sure how you'd go about getting Unrivaled Replays if you didn't record them.

I fully commiserate with you about having the ability to rewatch games. Unfortunately, YouTube access is only available to the International market. Not sure if you have it, but per the Unrivaled site's home page, games can be streamed on HBO Max.

Here's the schedule page from their website for the box scores. Schedule | Unrivaled

Saw both evening games, with the later one being special. Really enjoyed the bb. They all need some conditioning, but that will come.

I especially want to cheer on Rene Montgomery. Energetic, funny, knowledgeable and a UConn homer.

Ps Very easy on the eyes.

You and me both. If it isn't on the ESPN app, then it doesn't exist. I only found out because I saw a new recording on YouTubeTV.
