Kind of a logistical question here... with Ollie fired, who is in charge of communicating with the team/dealing with players? Is it someone from the AD’s office? One of the assistants? Say a player wants to workout with a coach (not sure if that’s a violation) who may handle that sort of thing during the time being?

If you want to be technical, Ollie is technically suspended with pay pending the outcome of the disciplinary hearing within 15 days.

Which technically means he can't coach or have contact with the team. This is fun.

.-.
If coaching staff is terminated/suspended, AD department through the captains and sometimes trainer (if the staff has been terminated) but it appears the staff is still there so my guess it's Kitch

often times its the AD

If the staff isn't out looking for work then they deserve to be fired.

Can’t speak for the poster. But me personally I still want to see what chillious can do on the recruiting trail
I guess. Unimpressive so far, but he really hasn't had a chance.

So is it unimpressive or has he not had a chance?
Both. He hasn't produced results but the odds were stacked against him. I'd feel better if he brought some kids with him.

I'm just going based on the fact that usually when a head coach is fired, the new one brings in his own staff.
Wouldn't rule out Chillious coming back, but wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't here next year.
Honestly if the kids like Chillious and it could keep a couple from transferring/help with 2019 recruiting it's not the worst idea to give him another one year trial run

Absolutely. Give the man a year to show what he can do in terms of recruiting, provided the new coach does not have a full staff lined up.

If Hurley becomes a Husky I hope he hand picks Moore for URI.

My wife went to URI so I have enjoyed watching them the past two years when UConn hasn't been very good. She has kinda gotten into it also which has made it fun so it would be nice if they kept playing well. We are planning to go see them at Mohegan Sun next year with some other friends that are also alums
