Very good movie. Fast paced and intense. Adam Sandler plays a degenerate gambler and jeweler and he is Oscar worthy. Kevin Garnett also is in it and is actually very good. Mike Francesa in a cameo too playing a jackass cocky bookie .... natural role for him. Definitely worth seeing.

We rented this tonight. Wife, oldest daughter and me. It was their pick. It was one of the least enjoyable movies any of us has seen in a long time. I cannot believe that people mentioned this as a potential Oscar nominee in any respect. About 45 minutes in we each started grumbling. An hour and fifteen minutes in they got up to pee and we checked how much time was left. When we saw that there was a full hour left we unanimously agreed to abandon It.

I can‘t remember the last time I turned a movie off. And we watched Hustlers.
