That’s why our last three games were against ranked Oklahoma , Texas and Bama, with LSU tonight and Tennessee on Monday. Kentucky is last game of the season but they don’t count after discovering reality last night

I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for the coach. 2018 while still at Baylor she traveled out to Arizona to play CTT. The Rumble on the Rez was a fabulous experience who knew that Window Rock Rock had a really nice 5,000 seat arena up there which was filled.

Mulkey didn't need to do this and I know her respect for CTT was one of the reasons that she graciously brought her team for the game. The Navajo reservation is not easy to get to and this kind of outreach which was unpublicized and unsung although the game was broadcast on ESPN with Rebecca Lobo, Kara Lawson, and Holly Rowe I think it really was a great tip of the hat by monkey Mulkey to some significant parts of our community.

The SoCon only has 8 teams that play WBB. VMI and The Citadel don't sponsor the sport. So you have a 14 game conference slate which means they have to find non-conference games when most conferences are starting to play conference schedules. UNC-G plays some D2 and D3 schools during the late Dec-early Jan period. Other members are forced to do the same...hence UNC-G vs Greensboro and Western Carolina vs Montreat.
