I wouldn’t expect that. Delaware has always taken their football very seriously, albeit on a lower level.

I don't either... and unlike UMass I would think that the entire state will behind Delaware. They're a lot more credible of a football program and environment.

All the top Great Sky states from the dakotas onto Idaho would never take things as frivolously as UMass does.

But UMass's move was never about an athletics operation. It was about a political operation to try to get Boston to put more money into the school

Lived in Chester County PA and went to West Chester and Delaware football games. Good football, great atmosphere, outstanding marching bands. And stadiums are better than McGuirk.
